Very dissapointed in the quality of product. Ordered a large corner sofa (Pegasus model) costing several thousands of pounds. The covering fabric showed signs of excessive wear after only a few weeks. When I contacted Deluxdeco and showed photos (the one attached is after only 3 weeks use) they replied that this level of fabric 'bobbling' was normal and would not be covered by the 12 month warranty. After 10 months now with the product it has got much worse... Not acceptable. If you're spending thousands on a product you should look elsewhere.

Hi T. Hall, very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. FYI - Fabric pilling can happen on any fabric and is not a result of the cost of the fabric. The delivery company have badly let us down advising on the morning of the delivery (which was confirmed as late as the night before) would not take place as our sofas had not been loaded for delivery from the warehouse. The next available delivery slot was then advised as a week later as this was the next time they were in the area. Complaints by email and calls have been unanswered and we have had to do all the chasing. Having disposed of our old sofas the day before and taken time off work for the delivery we expected far better service and not to have to wait a week and without any guarantees this will not happen again.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the current delivery situation 10 days before Christmas. We understand that cancelled or failed deliveries are frustrating for all concerned, we have had 2 this week ourselves. Our delivery partner is working extremely hard to deliver all items that were promised before Christmas. Your order was placed in early October and we guaranteed delivery before Christmas despite our normal lead time of 9-15 Weeks. I can see from the system that you’re order arrived in 9 weeks and you are re booked and should receive your sofa set at around the 10 1/2 week point. Unfortunately with the best will in the world and despite forward planning, occasionally there are instances where deliveries need to be re arranged at short notice especially at this busy time on the lead up to Christmas. Please note on being informed of the re scheduling we have worked relentlessly with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and expedite the delivery to you.
